In order for dental offices to be successful, they need the right team members. That’s where our HR team comes in. They seek to hire passionate, skilled employees who will be ideal fits for the offices they work in. This team also seeks talented support professionals to join our Home Office team.
The HR team is responsible for assisting all team members with benefit related questions and concerns. This includes, but is not limited to 401K, medical insurance, vision insurance, life insurance and more.
This team also handles the administration of workers’ compensation claims and leaves of absence. They are also available to help handle any employment concern or issue that may arise within supported offices and to help clarify any questions on general employment policies and procedures.
